These past issues can be read on a computer by selecting the TITLE in the red box for the issue date.  When that page opens, select the title again.  You will not see it right away.  Your computer will make a PDF file for that issue.  Check your downloads and click on that item to open the issue.    You may then save it or print it as you desire.
